Artist Overview
Atheriel began writing music and playing piano in 2004 but she had always loved music from an early age. By the time she began recording in 2006 she had already written 40 different tracks. She is influenced by bands like Evanescence, Alter Bridge, Nickelback, Megan McCauley, Cold, Iron Maiden, Full Blown Rose, Finger Eleven, and Creed. She has been studying music for the past four years and developing her sound with producer Jonathan Shaw at his Studio in Johannesburg, South Africa. In 2008, Atheriel released her Captured EP which includes 6 tracks.
